Robert is the most honest breeder around!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and Mary Pat!
They are honest, knowledgeable and just plain too nice for words!
My daughter bought a ewe lamb from him 2 years ago and they have been there whenever we needed them!
I think we were lucky to have found them!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about dealing with Robert and Mary Pat.  We purchased three Babydoll sheep in 2007 and couldn’t be happier.  They are healthy and friendly. Robert continues to be available to answer questions and give sound advice.  Thank you.

Hi Robert,

I wanted to write you and let you know how happy I am with the whole experience of buying my Babydoll Sheep from you. I am new to the whole Babydoll sheep world and from the first phone call I made to you; I have been impressed with how you run your business. I also believe you would have given that service even if i didn't buy from you.

I decided to buy four Babydoll sheep to start. The first two I bought from another breeder in Maryland and was very disappointed. Their website was very nice and even had a couple testimonials but I was not happy at all with the experience.  The help offered and available was minimal and when I picked up the sheep, I got a piece of paper with the animal’s health record and a half of a bucket of feed.  I couldn't believe the difference when I dealt with you and your wife.

From the very beginning you took your time explaining things and I never felt pressured to make a decision.  The packet you give along with the purchase of one of your lambs is invaluable not to mention the follow up help I have gotten since I bought (and probably will still need). The packet of information was so helpful and the hay and three bags of food was a huge help.  Please put a testimonial page on your website so people like me know what a wonderful experience it will be to buy Babydoll sheep from you.

My family is forever grateful to you and we plan on referring you whenever possible.

Thank you again,

I really don't know where to start...

The Smyth’s are wonderful people. I took home a little wether ram from their family last spring and I have honestly never loved anything more than this little guy. I came to Robert, and Mary Pat very new to the sheep world. They never made me feel silly for asking so many questions. Instead they gave me so much invaluable information.

If you choose to take home any Babydolls of your own know that you are buying from very genuine people who will continue to provide help and advice long after your purchase. I would also like to thank Cassie for taking such good care of these little guys before they go to their new homes.

I can't thank your family enough!

In 2009 I bought my very first baby dolls from Robert and Mary Pat. I was nervous because I had never raised sheep. I grew up around them but this time I was the one raising them. My two little ewes were such a blessing. I bought another little ewe in 2011. Now it is 2012 and I just bought a little ewe and a wether. I keep going back to Robert and Mary Pat because they have always been there to answer questions for me. My baby dolls are just that – baby dolls. They are a wonderful part of my family and I am forever grateful to Robert and Mary Pat for allowing me to make them a part of my family.

When I expressed interest in the Babydoll breed, Robert invited me to his farm to see this year's lambs before they went to their new homes.  He spent two hours with me, showing me the sheep and how to care for them, and answering my many, many questions.  It's clear he and Mary Pat love what they do.  All of their animals (sheep, goats, horses, dogs, cats) looked so happy, healthy, and well cared for.  I was extremely impressed with this friendly, down-to-earth family, and although I didn't feel the least bit pressured to do so, I'm pretty sure I'll take home a pair of wethers next spring...

Robert & Mary Pat,

Just wanted to tell you that the lambs are settling in real well.  I make sure I sit with them everyday several times a day so they get to know me.  They are already coming up to me and pulling on my shirt and eating some animal crackers from my hand.  They are so adorable.  Our grandkids love them to pieces.  Thanks to both of you for all your hospitality and great information.  I read the book you gave us and it was very informative as well.  I will update you from time to time to let you know how the little guys are doing.

Thanks again,

Kathy & Rande...
